Status update

To briefly update my current life. I am a father of 2, working with a local project management company. Writing this blog on bus 851 while I am on my way home in 2025hrs. Almost more than 12hours of shift work. 

It is exhausting. No complaint. At least I have something on my mind that I will do in the future. Just have to bear with it. 

My mum offered to buy a Japanese exam grade upright piano for Jayden and Jacob today. Both Jenny and I are very grateful to have such loving parents. 

Work is not too bad. Happy with what I have now; at least colleagues are supportive. 

A book I am reading is an atomic habit by James clear. It is to learn how to build good habits. 

I am typing with Grammarly, a software that helps correct my grammar. 

A series I am watching with Jenny is Emily in Paris from Netflix. We get to spend quality time together watching drama together. 

I am trying to build a habit of creating content to improve my communication skills in the long run, from blogging to blogging and journaling my life. 

I have started to take vitamin c, fish oil and men vitamins. Hair starts to fall, and it seems to be scary. Soon I will have no hair 

Staycation for jayden birthday

We checked in Conrad hotel yesterday around noon. After we checked in the contract hotel, we immediately put all our luggage in the room, and we went out for a dim sum. The dim sum it's on the 4th floor. We ordered like seven to eight pieces. The meal cost about 75 for $80, and I've got a 15% discount. After a meal, we went back to our room, drank some tea and relaxed. We went for a swim at the swimming pool at around 3:45. Jayden and Jacob enjoyed swimming off to the store, and we went back up to the room and took a shower

After our shower, we took a taxi to meet aunty sally at velocity. Then after dropping off Jacob at velocity to aunty sally. We went to haidilao in Royal Square. 

Waited for about an hour until we finally served to do our table, ordered a feast, and it cost us around 100. Haidilao served Jayden birthday cake and free kids meals.  I will come back again. 

We took the MRT back to the hotel, did a bath and a bit of a movie before going back to sleep. 

On the 16th of Jan, we had a quick breakfast in the hotel and checked out, collected Jacob from velocity and headed off to NTUC for Jacob milk powder.
