I am grateful to have a strong support from my boss whom I respect. 

And also a project with resources. Never go into a project where there isn't any money left. 

I left at 6pm yesterday without guilt for the 1st time. Of course my bosses checked on me

I am grateful that I have got great support surrounding me. I don't have many friends and my circles are getting smaller and smaller.

Success journal 1165: 2026 fishing and kayaking trip, Shaun wedding KK trip

Grateful that, I get to have the energy, time and money to do all these trips. 

Kk trip has been great. Mainly is to catch-up with my family. Get to connect with the Hung hung family, Peter's, ah man and guan eng and my aunties like Jo, Sharon, ping, Michelle etc. 

Of course most importantly is to connect with my brother and parents. 

In general, people are concerned with my weight which I have to take it seriously and to stay healthy. 

Success journal 1164: it has been a while, Jayden got eagles award, 5% gain for the year

As the year is coming to an end. This year has been a good year to me. 

I got lucky draw 1st prize in D&D 

Project gratuity 

Good bosses taking care of me and trust me 

Supporting wife 

Lovely and well performing kids 

Jayden has got eagles award at P3. That is like top 5% of his age group. 

My portfolio has gained 5% this year and hoping for a smooth remaining days. 

Grateful. 

Health has been not in a very good

Success journal 1163: Driving through hardwork

Is tough, work is tough. Life is tough. 

Success journal 1162: Lazy and fat. I work more than 72hours per week.

Success journal 1161: JJ is 4 year-old

I am grateful that my 2 kids are healthy and lovely. Yesterday was JJ bday. He has been full of energy and cheeky. 

Although sometimes can be annoying but mostly cute and adorable and high energy. 

He always welcome me home and say good bye when I leave for work. 

Brought him out for ice cream yesterday and last weekend, sally cooked him a feast and bought some present for him.

Jenny and the kids are away

Woke up at around 9am went to united square for McDonald's 

Then joined my friends for potluck to celebrate Koko Tien's bdae. 

Catched up with the Nottingham gang, played rummy and had cakes 

After that went home and joined a strong LI bishan club house by K. 

After badminton, I went back to rest for a while and went to casino with CCY. Won about 900 and came home. 

Sunday morning, woke up late, had some quick breakfast and went to OCBC for badminton. 

After badminton came home to rest. 

Joined another social game with CCY and his friends in kovan. 

Rushed back home to meet Jenny and kids. They came back from bintan.

Work has been tough, managing people is not easy

I got two in my team. 1 is typical gen z from China. The other 1 is soft and is not from construction industry

I am traveling about 90mins to and from for my work. 

Getting used to it. 

Less time with family.

My new work schedule. 

Wake up at 0600hrs, reach home around 2130hrs 

12 hours work daily, 2.5hrs transport. 

Success journal 1152: My last day in T315, spent time with JJ

Been a while since I last update my blog. Been busy with the transition and life has been tough. 

Just gave up the down payment for the property. Which is about AUD7,707

This is the money Jenny and I spent to buy clarity on our financial situation. We reaction to the situation and didn't do a properly and thorough consideration before making the move. 

We did not sit down together and discuss work on the numbers. It was a good house but our financial situation is just not ready.

Thanks for working out the bank loan which I could have got it for free. 

Sometimes we just need to put so much money to spend time on working on it. 

I could have used that to buy insurance, stock or crypto. Anyway case close and move on. 

Leaving t315 is like leaving a good boss. I think Seou is like the best boss in LCBC. My direct superior also has been very nice to me too. I will also miss my badminton kakis in Expo. Been great routine and I can see my badminton got slight improvement. Enjoying watching myself play lol 

Anyway, time to go new place to start my work and badminton.
