Success journal 666: Grateful with what I have got

Don't ever take things, people and health for granted 

Be grateful Jason 

Appreciate the team, family, and helpers that I have around me and support them as much as I can. 

Went for a company event yesterday with colleagues 

Success journal 665: Badminton in yck and sally leaving us

I went for a quick badminton session in YCK 

We sat down with sally to discuss her case as she will leave us soon. 

Change is constant 

Success journal 664: Connecting with Jenny, paktoh shopping and eating

It is like we are dating again. 

We went to the National Equestrian Centre 

Dropped Jayden at BJJ, and we headed to the city for shopping. 

1st, we went to raffles city to shop for Jenny's winter clothing. 

Then we joined the HK group for dim sum in Singapore recreational club. We spent about 30 per pax. It was an interesting lunch and significantly added value. The topic we have is just lovely.  

After our lunch, we went to Funan to shop for the headset. Bought one that is around $50 as Jenny wanted the sport version. 

After funan, we returned to the orchard; we sat down in a luxury coffee shop for a drink to connect with Jenny. Cost us about $ 30. 

I bought myself asics shoes, which cost around $70. 

Our dinner cost $40, in Japanese halal ramen below Somerset 313. The ramen is on the salty side, and apart from that is not bad. 

Success journal 663: connecting with family

Left work around 2 pm 

Bought some bread for the family. 

Attending an online course 

Pick up Jayden from Muay Thai Class. I was a bit lost, but I managed to find the Academy. 

Brought Jayden to play Pokemon go. Ole 

After my course was completed, I went back home for dinner. 

Right after dinner, Jenny said to bring Jayden to play Pokemon go in United square as a reward for his performance in a rugby competition in KL. 2 tries and multiple tackles. 

He played for about $8 and collected four discs of new characters. 

We then went to Ah Chew dessert for tong sui. I ordered black sesame paste as usual. Ah chew is Moving away from Novena in March. 

After our dessert, Jenny rushed back home for her night call. 8 pm to 10 pm, which I find rather annoying now. 

At least I get to spend dinner with my family.

That feeling after playing badminton is good 

Success journal 661: Short weekend , family under the weather

Short weekend for me. Worked last Saturday 

The whole Family is under the weather, Jenny got sorethroat, Jacob has been coughing and waking up at night 

My Sunday is like rugby, I can read, swimming, I can read and family errand. 

Hope next one will be better

Surrounding yourself with people better than you is very important. 

Technique is important 

Played 3 hours badminton session yesterday in Hougang. Burnt 2k calories. Feeling happy

Jenny bought some sushi for the night, to celebrate valentine's day. But she got night call too. 

Seems like this night call thing will stay around 

Success journal 657: KL tigers weekend with Jayden and Jenny

We took a flight to KL. To let Jayden to join KL tigers rugby tournament. 

For him to experience. 

It cost us around 2k for this tournament and I think it was not just a great experience for him, but also for us as parents. Picked up a bit of social skills and connecting with others 

Connected together as family. As usual, our trip to KL is always as tiring

Dragging myself to work. Fell sick.
