Jenny has been very connecting with me recently. Grateful for that.

Been a very tight week

Grateful to brought Jacob to his gymnastics class. 

Work is creeping into my weekends. 

I have been connecting with Jenny for the past few days.

Success journal 934: 2M Property milestone

Today marks the day we have saved enough to get one SGD2M property. A significant milestone for the Wong family. 

Due to inflation, properties prices that we are looking at, are increasing. A 800 sqft bedroom in Novena will cost easily up to 2.2m here. So the property we are looking at may not be own stay. And with the rental market we are looking at in the area, return is not as attractive.  

Having said, committing to a 2m property will be a huge commitment for the family for the next 30 years. I will be paying mortgage until 70 years old. Will have to think about it.

It will put the family in a tremendous amount of stress. For 2m property, monthly Mortgage will be around 10k per month. With both our cpf all deducted. We will still need to fork out around 6k per month. 

To include  A108  Australia mortgage that we currently have, it will be easily around 8 to 9k per month.

Think twice. 

Success journal 933: Dancing with Jayden, connecting with family after work

Left work at 7pm. I hope this is a comfortable timing for my family. 

Get to dance with Jayden after my meal and to connect with my family.

Success journal 930: Morning walk with Jenny

Grateful that I get to walk to bus stop and connect with Jenny in the morning. These walks are so important for us to bond. 

We talked about everything 

Success journal 929: Little connection with family

Right after badminton, I took the train back home and reached around 1045hrs. 

Luckily this week is an holiday and Jayden is still up. 

Managed to connect with Jayden at night and Jenny 

Grateful for this 

Success journal 928: keep improving, Jayden dance, Jenny's colleague issue

Love the morning moments with Jenny. Obviously we are morning people and the conversation we have in the early morning is the part that will set the mood for the entire day. 

I am grateful that we are still connecting although we are all busy   

Have to differentiate what is important and what is not important. 

Yesterday night we did a night dance practice with Jayden. He seems to have some issue following the moves. Although is only like 8 beats. Maybe because we have too much expectations with him. With that we need to keep doing that. 

I am grateful we are on the right trajectory and moving forward.

Success journal 926: joining a club and social

A short weekend for me. 

Saturday: worked late. Didn't get to connect with my family. 

Sunday: Morning I brought Jayden to Rugby and dancing class as usual. Connected with my mum

Went to Scott's place for Marcus farewell

We then went home to take a nap, and then we went to Yuyens place to catch up. Been a while since I last met them. 

Success journal 925: Work has been demanding, Jenny back

It is good that Jenny is back, I think being away for so long must have been tiring for her. Grateful that she is back. 

Been very busy, and connecting with my parents have been challenging.

It was great to leave around 1900hrs from work, to spend time with my kids for a bit at night and to connect and play with them.

It is a challenge to work late and be away from my kids for dinner and stuff.

It was hectic weekend. 

Friday 

We took a flight to KL for KL tigers international rugby 10s. Reached KL around 12noon, picked up a car from KLIA and travelled to Sunway Pyramid doe lunch. In between the distance the whole family was bit hangry. 

We had roast duck, and some ice cream to cool down the atmosphere. 

After that, we went to bangsar for dinner. Bought some umbrella and went back to Hotel to check-in. 

Saturday 

Woke up 0630hrs in the morning, went down for breakfast, it was maniac.People are fighting for food. 

After our meal, we then went to the ground. 

We had games until lunch time and we went to 1utama to chill. 

Had meal with John Vins family, we then went back home to rest. 

Club dinner at night. Connected with some of them at chatted about rugby and stuff. 

Sunday

Another day of rugby. Jayden's team got plate champion.  Which means is third. 

Jenny left Kl for Manila halfway. While I continue with John Vins family. 

We spend a good time in the car and airport. 

Took the flight around 7pm and reached Singapore around 9pm. 

Jenny sent a text. Good night love 💕
