Success Journal 889: Reconciliation weekend

Friday
Friday night, clock off office at 5pm. Went to orchard for a meal with Jenny. We had Japanese in Sushiro in Wisma. Cost us about 40++

After our meal, we then went to takashimaya for a quick stroll and window shopping. Experience the crowd and also some cny food tasting in their tasting event. It was very crowded.

After a while, we then went to TBB for a drink. Cost us like 16 for two drinks.  Omg.

We then head home and ended the day

Saturday
Woke up around 6am, brought the kids to hopper park. They enjoyed it. After the park, we dropped them at home to rest while Jenny and I went out. We went to velocity for brunch. The 3.80 set meal was value for money.

After our breakfast, we went Japan home to buy extension and also novita to buy a dehumidifier. Guess our house is getting humid these days.

Took a short nap at home, and then we went Chinatown. We had tjsg. We order a bowl of noodle shared amongst the whole family.

Ended the day with Jacob asleep. He has been pushing his energy through.

Sunday
Woke up at 0630hrs
Brought the kids to rugby then to power moves and street dance in Prinsep street. I brought loads of snacks from the day and the kids love them. A few even came to ask for more. These kids are growing up and needing a lot of nutrients b

It seems like that will be our routine from now onwards. I hope the kids can cope it.

Right after the session, Jenny came around 11am, to provide extra support for the family.

We walked to plaza Singapura to try to YGF mala tang. We spend about 30++ for two 4 pax. Jacob likes his noodles with tomato soup. Jayden didn't eat much as we all had sore throat.

After our meal, we took the bus back.

I whipped Jayden about loving his brother unconditionally and also need to put more effort in his rugby.

Took a short nap after, and we went out to united square to get some danzen. We sat down at proofer with 10% discount. We also did a shopping in cold storage. Jenny decided to cook a soup for the family with a roast chicken.

The family liked the chicken and soup very much. Although in between, there was a bit of arguement between Elly and Jenny about the Jacob diarrhea conditions.

After all the hoo-ha, we then continue our dinner. Played blockus, and ended the day with an episode of apprentice.

Why reconciliation? Is all my effort for keeping the family in one bundle that is important. Spending time with them, prioritise things that are important to my family.

PS: Sally had a bit of blood pressure issue and may be sent back. This will be our challenge for this week. Helper transition.
