Stress eating has been a symptom of mine. I tend to eat more when I am unhappy. It seems like I can solve all my problem by stuffing my face. Is actually a kind of suicide.
I have to change my mindset, so I can live healthily with my kids and wife.
Discipline.
Eat less than I burn
Spend less than I make
Invest the difference
Efficient with time
