Success journal 969: Snooze is for loser

3rd day going with snooze is for loser game.

Didn't snooze my alarm and woke up

Connecting with others for badminton 
Grateful for being able to play and recovered 

Need to be very careful and mindful with my movement. One small injury, recover will take longer time. 

Also to stretch after a game is very important
