Success journal 1108: Sinking in to work, get shouted in a meeting

I am in a industry where randomness is very frequent. 

It is very unfortunate that my new boss is the shouting type. 

Yesterday, I and my colleague went into a meeting with the new boss. From the start of the meeting, we get shouted already. 

It was very disturbing and I am not sure if it is adding value to the team with that. 

Money is not easy to make. 

My baseline is if I couldn't sleep and eat at night thats it.
