Success journal 672: Habit creature

I was told to spend more time at home; I cancelled all my badminton sessions next week because Jenny is on a business trip. 

I was distraught because I have got a routine, ritual and habit, and it was taken away from me. 

Hope will get some sessions on Monday hehe
