Success journal 801: Grateful with the bonding time with my family

Left work early yesterday, and connected with my family. 

We had dinner around 8 p.m. Jenny ordered pizza for the family. 

I overeat. Lack of discipline. Just stuffed my face. 

Went for a short walk with Jenny around the neighbourhood.  Grateful
