Success journal 802: Overeat when stress

Been stretched recently at work. My colleague quit his job. 

Such a toxic environment. 

Left work around 7 pm yesterday. Reached home to spend some time with

 My boys.

Did CMA together with Jayden and chatted with Jenny before we slept. 

Been overeating recently.
