Yesterday went to view a unit in de Paradiso. 05-02/ tenanted by an Indian couple. Two rooms, two bathrooms. The condo is freehold and was built in 2005.
Well maintained and has excellent management. That is the thing I like about condos in Singapore. Total got 54 units
The neighbourhood is a bit crappy, and transportation sucks. The selling point is the health city master plan. City fringe development.
While Jenny is keen on Shaw Square just opposite.
Tenants will be mixed.
The unit is windy doesn't seem to need any ventilation on this part, even on a sunny hot day.
The price currently being offered is sgd1,190,000. We have sent the information to our banker for valuation.
After the viewing, we went to have lor mee in Xin Mei Xiang Lor Mee 新美香卤面 Balestier Road

After our lormee, we went to Starbucks reserve in Novena, and I ordered a frappuccino which Jenny didn't like. We were sat at the bar table with excellent ventilation.
Went back home for a quick chill spent some time with jayden and Jacob before I went for my badminton session in toa payoh south cc with ccy. I spent a good 1.5 hours session and reached back home around 1830hrs. Timekeeping is essential.
We had a steamboat yesterday night; Jenny prepared an excellent soup base. I took out a significant portion of the meat and returned the udon. We have to cut down the portion of our family meal. Strive to eat healthier.
Quality food, instead of quantity food.
