I started my training from 7 pm, till 8 pm. Then continue leisure games from 8 pm to 10 pm.
I also looked into my must-do list, and thoroughly go through them. I revised some of them, and think through the things I want.
Perhaps things can be improved. By using what I have learned from atomic habit. I need to continue those little things daily. I always underestimate what I can achieve in years
